Cloud|AG spins off its ServicePoint365 Office 365 sharepoint applications business to a separate legal entity.
Cloud|AG, a leading provider of Microsoft cloud solutions, today announced that its Board of Directors has completed a strategic review of the Company and unanimously approved a plan to separate its ServicePoint365 Office 365 SharePoint applications business from Cloud|AG in a transaction that will result in two independent and highly focused companies. ServicePoint365, LLC will begin operations as a separate legal entity effective immediately.
ServicePoint365 is an Office 365 SharePoint App that is sold through Office 365 distributors and value-added resellers as a way to improve customer’s consumption and adoption of Office 365 SharePoint Online. The application is designed with an intuitive user interface and information architecture that organizes content into a structure that makes sense and takes the guesswork out of where information is created and stored. ServicePoint365 consists of a number of “Centers” that are pre-configured for Company Intranet, Client/Prospect Management (CRM), Project Management, Proposal Management, Resource Management, Process Management, Knowledge Management and Vendor Management. Customers or their partners simply apply ServicePoint365 to their Office 365’s SharePoint Online environment and immediately start managing and collaborating on critical information in a secure, stable and easy-to-use environment.
